This support website

These pages do not use analytics, advertising scripts or tracking forms. Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and processes network requests such as IP address and technical request data for delivery and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

When you contact us

We receive your email address and the information you send to answer support, privacy or purchase questions. Please include the app name and avoid sending passwords, login verification codes, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and any related legal or security obligations.

Account and data requests

You or a parent/guardian can request access, correction or deletion by contacting johunsang@tenmiles.ai. See deletion request instructions. We may need to verify account control; we will clarify the scope before changing information shared across apps.

Policy changes

We update the relevant app notice when its practices change. The policy for one app should not be assumed to cover a different app.
