주식회사 텐마일즈(브랜드 KEKESTUDIO, 이하 ‘회사’)는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 JIGGLEBELL 틀린그림찾기(JIGGLEBELL Spot Difference, 이하 ‘게임’) 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다. 게임은 JIGGLEBELL 직소 퍼즐·숨은그림찾기·틀린그림찾기와 같은 계정을 사용합니다.

1. 처리 목적

회원 식별과 로그인, 게임 제공(대결 매칭, 진행 저장·동기화, 기록과 랭킹 표시), 친구·초대·접속 상태 기능, 재화·아이템·보상 지급, 구매 검증과 복원, 광고 제공, 부정 이용 방지와 보안, 오류 진단과 서비스 개선, 문의 응대.

2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법

• 계정: 로그인 제공자(Google, Google Play 게임즈, Apple, Game Center)의 계정 식별값. 회사는 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. Google ID 토큰에 이메일이 포함될 수 있으나 저장하지 않으며, 제공자의 고유 식별값만 단방향 해시로 변환해 계정 식별에 사용합니다. 로그인 세션 토큰(24시간 후 만료).
• 게임 프로필: 자동 생성된 닉네임, 아바타, 국기. 국기는 가입 시 접속 네트워크 정보(Cloudflare가 IP로 추정한 국가)를 참고해 정해지며, 정확한 위치(GPS)는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 게임 이용: 진행 기록, 경험치·레벨, 대결 결과와 랭킹, 사탕·하트·아이템, 보상 지급 기록, 친구·친구 요청·초대, 접속(온라인) 상태.
• 구매: Android는 Google Play 주문 정보와 구매 토큰을 서버에서 Google에 확인해 구매 권한을 기록합니다. iOS 구매는 기기에서 StoreKit으로 확인하며, 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 광고 보상: 보상형 광고 시청 시 AdMob 서버 측 확인(SSV)으로 전달되는 보상 거래 기록.
• 자동 수집: IP 주소, 접속·요청 기록(Cloudflare), 앱 버전 등 기기·앱 정보와 오류 진단 정보. Android 앱에서는 Google Analytics for Firebase가 화면·버튼 이용, 게임 진행 이벤트, 성능 정보와 앱 인스턴스 ID를 수집합니다(iOS 앱에서는 사용하지 않습니다).
• 문의: 이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소와 이용자가 보낸 내용.

정보는 앱 이용 과정에서 자동으로, 또는 로그인·구매·문의 시 이용자의 행위로 수집됩니다.

3. 보유 및 이용 기간

• 계정과 게임 정보: 계정 삭제 시까지. 앱의 계정 삭제 시 즉시 파기합니다.
• 결제·보상 거래 기록: 환불·분쟁·부정 이용 대응 및 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」(대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 5년)에 따라 최대 5년.
• 서버 접속 기록: 최대 30일(Cloudflare 보존 정책).
• 로그인 세션: 24시간 후 만료.
• 문의 기록: 문의 처리 완료 후 필요한 기간 동안 보관 후 파기.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이는 국외 이전에 해당합니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8).

거부 방법과 효과: 국외 이전은 게임 제공에 필수적이므로 거부하려면 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제해야 합니다. 광고 관련 처리는 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역에서 표시되는 동의 화면과 상점의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 선택할 수 있습니다.

6. 파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보관하는 정보는 다른 정보와 분리해 보관하고 해당 목적으로만 이용합니다.

7. 광고와 자동 수집 장치

게임은 Android와 iOS에서 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 모든 이용자에게 아동 대상 처리(child-directed treatment)와 G 등급 광고 콘텐츠 제한을 적용하며, 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)를 수집하지 않고 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 추적을 하지 않습니다. 법령상 필요한 지역에서는 Google UMP 동의 화면을 표시합니다. 보상형 광고(하트 +1)는 선택 사항이며, ‘광고 제거’ 1회 구매 시 자동 전면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 게임 앱과 이 지원 웹사이트는 쿠키를 사용한 맞춤형 광고를 하지 않습니다.

8. 다른 이용자에게 공개되는 정보

닉네임, 아바타, 국기, 레벨, 대결 결과와 랭킹이 다른 이용자에게 표시되고, 친구에게는 접속 상태와 초대가 표시됩니다. 게임에는 채팅, 음성 대화, 사진 업로드 기능이 없습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

게임은 아동을 포함한 전 연령이 이용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 실명, 연락처 등 아동의 개인정보를 요구하지 않으며, 아동 대상 광고 설정을 적용합니다. 법정대리인은 아래 연락처로 아동 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

10. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자(만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인)는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 앱의 설정 > 계정 삭제에서 즉시 할 수 있으며(안내), 그 밖의 요구는 johunsang@tenmiles.ai로 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 조치합니다. 대리인을 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다.

11. 안전성 확보 조치

모든 통신은 HTTPS/WSS로 암호화하며, 로그인 제공자 식별값은 단방향 해시로 저장하고, 세션은 24시간 후 만료됩니다. 접근 권한을 최소화하고 비정상 접근을 제한합니다.

이 처리방침은 2026년 10월 2일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

JIGGLEBELL Spot Difference Privacy Policy

TENMILES Inc. (주식회사 텐마일즈, brand KEKESTUDIO; “we”) explains here how we handle personal information of players of JIGGLEBELL Spot Difference (the “Game”), in accordance with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable law. The Game shares one account with JIGGLEBELL Jigsaw, Hidden Hunt and Spot Difference. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Why we process information

To identify accounts and sign you in; to provide the Game (matchmaking, saving and syncing progress, records and rankings); for friends, invitations and online presence; to grant currency, items and rewards; to verify and restore purchases; to show ads; to prevent cheating, fraud and abuse; to diagnose errors and improve the service; and to answer support requests.

2. What we process and how

• Account: the account identifier from your sign-in provider (Google, Google Play Games, Apple or Game Center). We never receive your password. A Google ID token may contain your email address, but we do not store it; we keep only the provider’s unique identifier, converted with a one-way hash. Session tokens (expire after 24 hours).
• Game profile: an automatically generated nickname, avatar and flag. The flag is chosen at sign-up with reference to your approximate country, estimated by Cloudflare from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
• Gameplay: progress, experience and level, match results and rankings, candy, hearts and items, reward records, friends, friend requests and invitations, and online presence.
• Purchases: on Android, Google Play order details and the purchase token are verified with Google by our server and the entitlement is recorded. On iOS, purchases are verified on the device with StoreKit. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
• Ad rewards: reward transaction records delivered by AdMob server-side verification (SSV) when you watch a rewarded ad.
• Collected automatically: IP address and access/request logs (Cloudflare), device and app information such as app version, and diagnostics. On Android, Google Analytics for Firebase collects screen and button usage, gameplay events, performance data and an app-instance ID (it is not used in the iOS app).
• Support: your email address and what you send us when you email us.

Information is collected automatically while you use the app, or when you sign in, purchase or contact us.

3. Retention

• Account and game data: until you delete your account. In-app deletion erases it immediately.
• Payment and reward transaction records: up to 5 years, for refunds, disputes and fraud prevention, and as required by the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (payment and supply records: 5 years).
• Server access logs: up to 30 days (Cloudflare retention).
• Sign-in sessions: expire after 24 hours.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed after your request is resolved, then deleted.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide or sell your personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law.

5. Processors and international transfer

We entrust processing to the following providers, which involves transfer outside Korea (PIPA Article 28-8).

How to refuse: these transfers are necessary to provide the Game, so to refuse you need to stop using the service and delete your account. For advertising, you can make choices in the consent message shown where required by law and in “Ad privacy choices” in the shop.

6. Destruction

When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we destroy information without delay; electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered. Information kept under law is stored separately and used only for that purpose.

7. Advertising and automatic collection

The Game shows Google AdMob ads on Android and iOS. For all players we apply child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G; we do not collect the advertising ID (Android advertising ID or iOS IDFA) and do not track you under App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Where required by law, a Google UMP consent message is shown. Rewarded ads (+1 heart) are optional, and the one-time “Remove ads” purchase turns off automatic interstitial ads. Neither the app nor this support website uses cookies for personalized advertising.

8. What other players can see

Your nickname, avatar, flag, level, match results and rankings are visible to other players, and friends can see your online presence and invitations. The Game has no chat, voice chat or photo upload.

9. Children

The Game is for all ages, including children. We do not ask children for real names or contact details, and child-directed ad settings apply. Parents or legal guardians can contact us below to access, correct, delete or suspend processing of a child’s information.

10. Your rights

You (or the legal guardian of a child under 14) may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time. You can delete your account immediately in Settings > Delete account in the app (how to); for other requests, email johunsang@tenmiles.ai and we will act without delay after verifying the account. You may also make requests through a representative.

11. Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS/WSS, provider identifiers are stored as one-way hashes, sessions expire after 24 hours, and access is limited to what is necessary.

This policy is effective from October 2, 2026. If it changes, we will post the update on this page with its effective date.
