Current release and local data
The current test release stores puzzle progress, completed puzzle sizes, favorites, your last puzzle, music volume and mute settings on your device. The app does not upload this gameplay activity to a developer server. Purchase and download availability depends on your store and app version. The first photo and song are free; paid media requires purchase verification when the service is available.
The app has no developer account sign-up and no advertisements. Version 1.0 has no analytics integration; from version 1.0.1 the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase as described below. The inspected app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. Apple and Google process information for their stores and platform services under their respective policies. This statement does not mean that operating systems or store libraries transmit no diagnostics.
Store transactions
Apple or Google handles payment details in its own payment system. The app does not request your full payment card number. Native store libraries may return product identifiers and purchase information to the app to check or restore ownership. We do not enable payment for content that is not yet available through the delivery service.
Purchase verification and protected downloads
When you verify or restore a purchase, the app sends its app and product identifiers and a store purchase proof to our content service. On iOS this includes a signed transaction and transaction identifier; on Android it includes a purchase token. We use this information only to confirm access, check refunds or revocations, and deliver the purchased photos and songs. Verification requests are sent to the store that processed the purchase. We do not use purchase information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Cloudflare hosts our content service, database and protected media. Purchase proofs are encrypted in the database and associated with a random session identifier, the app/product and an expiry time. Sessions expire 24 hours after creation or their last successful renewal. Expired sessions are removed by a scheduled cleanup that runs each minute and when an expired session is accessed. The service removes the session when a store confirms that its purchase is no longer valid. The session on your device is separate from your Apple or Google account.
Download requests identify the selected photo or song. The service checks access for each protected download and does not keep a separate photo-viewing history. Network requests necessarily expose IP addresses to Cloudflare. For rate limiting, our application database stores a keyed, minute-specific hash of the IP address and a short-lived request count, expiring after two minutes. We do not store the raw IP address in that database or enable Worker request-body logging. Cloudflare may process network and security information under its own policies.
Deletion from the active database does not immediately remove infrastructure backups. Cloudflare D1 recovery copies can retain deleted records for up to 30 days, depending on the hosting plan. They are not used for routine access decisions. See Cloudflare D1 backup retention and Cloudflare privacy information. Data may be processed outside your country through Cloudflare and the applicable store.
Usage analytics (version 1.0.1 and later)
From version 1.0.1 the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google, to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It records app usage events such as screens opened, puzzles started and completed (photo and puzzle size), hints used, songs played, favorites, and when the purchase screen is opened or a purchase or restore succeeds or fails. It also records standard app information such as app version, device model, operating system, language, approximate country and a per-installation app instance identifier. We do not send your name, email address, payment details or purchase tokens to Google Analytics.
The app does not collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) or the Android Advertising ID, disables ad personalization signals, and does not use analytics data for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Analytics data is processed by Google under its terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
Usage statistics are on by default. You can turn them off at any time in Settings > Usage statistics > Stop sharing usage statistics; the app then stops sending analytics events from that device. Deleting the app's local data does not delete analytics records already sent; contact us to ask about them.
Local storage and deletion
Device data remains until removed by you, the app or the operating system. Operating-system backups may retain data according to your device settings. In releases that show Settings โ Delete local app data, this action removes this app's progress, favorites, settings, stored content-service session and downloaded media from the current installation after confirmation. Earlier test builds do not have that button. Android users can clear this app's storage through the device's app settings; iOS users can delete the app and its data through device settings. Offloading an app can preserve its documents, so it is not equivalent to deleting its data.
Deleting local data does not directly erase an existing server session. If you stop using purchase verification, it expires and is removed as described above. Restoring purchases creates or renews a session. Local deletion does not cancel or refund store purchases or erase Apple or Google's records. An eligible purchase can be restored with the same store account; restoring a purchase does not recover erased puzzle progress. The app does not create a developer account that you need to delete.
Support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include to answer the request. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or complete purchase tokens. Contact johunsang@tenmiles.ai to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence; records may be retained where needed to resolve the request or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support correspondence for advertising.
