JIGGLEBELL Hidden Hunt — delete account
You can delete your JIGGLEBELL Hidden Hunt account and game data yourself, immediately, inside the app.
Delete in the app
- Open JIGGLEBELL Hidden Hunt while signed in and open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Review the notice and tap Delete permanently. Deletion happens immediately.
What is deleted
Your profile (nickname, avatar, flag), progress, experience and level, candy, hearts, items, match and ranking records, friends and friend requests (also removed from other players’ lists) and sign-in sessions are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. - Server access logs (such as IP address): up to 30 days under Cloudflare’s retention.
Purchases are not refunded. “Remove ads” can be restored with Restore purchases in the shop after signing in again. For refunds, contact Google Play or the App Store. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
If you can no longer use the app
Email johunsang@tenmiles.ai with the game name, your nickname and sign-in method (Google, Google Play Games, Apple or Game Center). After verifying the account we will delete it without delay and confirm. Parents or guardians may request deletion on behalf of a child. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
