- How do I sign in? On Android you are signed in automatically with Google Play Games, and you can also sign in with Google. On iOS you are signed in automatically with Game Center, and you can also use Sign in with Apple. The three JIGGLEBELL games (Jigsaw, Hidden Hunt, Spot Difference) share the same account.
- Can I remove ads? The one-time “Remove ads” purchase in the shop permanently removes automatic (interstitial) ads. Rewarded ads that give +1 heart stay optional — you watch them only if you choose to.
- How do I restore a purchase? Sign in with the same store account and tap “Restore purchases” in the shop. For refunds, please use the Google Play or App Store refund process.
- Does uninstalling delete my account? No. Uninstalling alone does not delete your server account. See how to delete your account.
